To make an exchange or request a refund, please follow these:
Exchanges/returns must be brought to our attention and made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The item may only be exchanged/returned to Monica Calderon Studio if it is in its original condition.
Please note, we cannot offer exchanges/returns on sale items and earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions

Once your exchange/return has been received, and is confirmed to be in its original condition, you will be sent your exchange or receive a credit voucher valid for a year.
