Exchanges & Returns

To make an exchange or request a refund, please follow these:

• Exchanges/returns must be brought to our attention and made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• The item may only be exchanged/returned to Monica Calderon Studio if it is in its original condition.

• Please note, we cannot offer exchanges/returns on sale items and earrings due to health and safety reasons. No exceptions

• We strongly recommend that all exchanges/returns posted to Monica Calderon Studio have a tracking number attached. Monica Calderon Studio is not responsible for any exchanges/returns that incur damage or are lost in transit.

• Once your exchange/return has been received, and is confirmed to be in its original condition, you will be sent your exchange or receive a credit voucher valid for a year.

Monica Calderon Studio owns the intellectual property of its designs, moulds and images. Monica Calderon Studio prohibits the use of its designs and images for any purpose without prior written permission from Monica Calderon Studio.
